Booking & Pricing

A 50% retainer is required to secure your event date. This reserves your date exclusively and allows us to begin preparing your experience — custom overlays, branding, and all the details — well in advance.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. This gives us time to finalize your setup, print templates, and any custom branding before the big day.
We understand plans can change. Retainers are non-refundable, but they can be applied toward a new date subject to availability. We'll always work with you to find the best solution — just reach out as soon as you know.
Absolutely. Every event is different, and we're happy to build a custom proposal around your vision, guest count, and experience goals. Get in touch and we'll put something together.
Travel fees may apply depending on your event location. We regularly serve the greater Philadelphia area, South Jersey, Delaware, and the Main Line. Fees apply for events more than 30 miles from Center City and will always be clearly communicated upfront.
Preferred pricing may be available for select events — weekday events, nonprofit organizations, or clients booking multiple booths for the same event. Reach out and let us know what you're working with.

Setup & Logistics

Space requirements vary by booth. Most setups need approximately 8×8 feet, with some configurations requiring slightly more depending on backdrop and lighting. We'll review your floor plan and recommend the best placement — just share the venue layout when you inquire.
Yes. A standard dedicated 3-prong outlet within 6–10 feet is preferred. The Classy Digital Booth is battery-powered and more flexible. We'll confirm power requirements for your specific setup when we connect.
Wi-Fi enhances features like instant sharing and live gallery access. That said, most of our booths can operate seamlessly in offline mode — images queue and sync when connectivity is restored. We'll talk through specifics for your venue.
Our team arrives 1 to 3 hours before your start time, depending on the booth and package. Everything is fully tested and guest-ready before your event begins. You can add idle hours if you need us there earlier for a more complex setup.
Yes. Setup and breakdown never eat into your service hours. The time you book is the time your guests have access to the booth — from start to finish.
Yes, outdoor setups are available with appropriate overhead coverage and favorable weather conditions. We'll confirm logistics based on your venue and local forecast. If rain is in the picture, we'll coordinate a seamless backup plan.
Absolutely. We've set up in all kinds of spaces — narrow corridors, historic venues, outdoor tents, rooftops, and more. Share your venue details when you book and we'll make sure the setup works.
Yes — always. Every package includes at least one professional attendant on-site. They guide guests through the experience, keep everything running smoothly, and troubleshoot anything that comes up so you don't have to think about it.

Prints are included in the Luxury Printing Booth and Ultimate Deluxe Booth packages. The Classy Digital Booth is digital-only by default, but you can add 2×6 or 4×6 printing as an add-on. All pricing is listed on each booth's page.
Yes, every experience includes digital downloads and a curated online gallery. Guests can access, view, and download their images for free after the event.
Guests receive their images instantly via QR code, text, or email — depending on the booth. Most booths deliver right at the session so guests walk away with their moment in hand. The full event gallery is also shared after.
Yes. All packages include unlimited sessions during your reserved time. Your guests can go as many times as they want.
Yes — most booths support photos, GIFs, and boomerangs. The Video Confessional Booth also captures video recordings. Available capture modes vary by booth and are listed on each booth's page.
Yes — we offer a curated collection of high-quality props ranging from playful to refined, selected to complement your event's vibe. We can also work without props entirely if you prefer a clean, editorial feel.
Yes. We offer a wide range of refined image filters — from natural to celebrity glam, classic black & white, and high-contrast flash. The Ultimate Deluxe Booth includes a Glam Filter in the 3-hour package. Reach out to ask about specific styles for your event.
Yes. You'll receive a complete, password-protected online gallery with every photo, GIF, and boomerang from your event. Guests can also receive the link in real time to start sharing before the night is over.
