How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you have a date locked in. Weekend dates — especially May through October — book up quickly. We recommend reaching out 6–12 months before your event for weddings, and 4–8 weeks for corporate events and private parties.

Do all packages include an attendant?

Yes. Every booth package at Party CAM includes an on-site attendant who manages the booth, assists your guests, and handles any technical issues — so you don't have to think about it.

What's included in the online gallery?

After your event, all photos, GIFs, and boomerangs are compiled into a password-protected online gallery. Guests can view and download everything for free. The gallery link is shared by text or email during the event so guests can access it immediately.

Can the booth be branded or customized for our company?

Absolutely. Every booth can be fully wrapped in custom vinyl to match your brand. The app interface, guest greeting, digital overlays, print designs, and delivery messages can all be customized. Ask us about corporate branding packages.

How much space does the booth need?

Most booths need a footprint of roughly 8×8 feet with enough overhead clearance for lighting. The Roaming Booth obviously doesn't stay in one spot — but it needs a home base for setup. We'll confirm specifics for your venue.

Do you travel outside Philadelphia?

Yes. We regularly serve the greater Philadelphia area including South Jersey, Delaware, and the Main Line. Travel fees may apply for events more than 30 miles from Center City. Just ask when you inquire.
